This problem isn't too complicated. You need to
determine the rotor wiring from a pair of
messages (plaintext/cryptogram). To prove your
success, you must decipher another cryptogram.

Note: the order of the rotors is the same for both
messages and rotors II, III and IV are stationary
during encryption.
